Hello! I'm Josh Kissell, and I joined the auto industry in May 2011, right after graduating from the Edinboro University of PA, where I earned a bachelor's degree in history. Customers can look to me for an honest, upfront, and informative experience. I am all about helping clients keep their vehicles running well and safe. You can rely on me to explain the situation and to take the time to listen to your questions and concerns. Keeping your vehicle well maintained and working at its best is my top priority. Outside of the dealership, I love spending time with my wife and children and other family members and friends. Some of my hobbies include reading, writing, and watching movies. I am a huge fan of history and video games. My wife and I are associated with the Sisters of St. Benedict, and we are both oblates. We try to uphold their values and beliefs in the community. My colleagues would say I am a hardworking and funny person who brings some comedy to the workplace. I try to make the customer experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Exceptional customer service treatment from an exceptional service team member advisor. Went in to schedule a service appt. because I needed a right rear tire looked at for a possible cut tire and was taken care of right away in their peak business day. I highly recommend this service dept and car dealership to anyone. All of my social media accounts and I tell anyone in person the exceptional quality New Motors’s provides me for all of my needs and they will do the same to you as well. I have been a Subaru customer for almost 15 years. My only complaint with New Motors is the fact that every time I go in, I ask for my first name to be updated to Mary Lou. I am told it’s changed, and the next time I go in (to include the salutation from the survey email), it still says “Mary”.
